1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawanagar (Basudeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 407 / 2022 dated 02.12.2022 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the IPC was added.

3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner, who is a lady, has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 17.02.2023 and against her, the investigation has been completed. Further submissions are that in the FIR, nine persons including the petitioner have been named but there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and in the FIR, any motive on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27967 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 the part of this petitioner to commit the alleged occurrence as well as for getting herself to be involved with other co-accused persons in the commission of the alleged murder has not been revealed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Considering the above submissions and mainly the facts that the petitioner is a lady and against her, the investigation has been completed and in the FIR, there is no specific allegation against her, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be enlarged on bail in connection with Nawanagar (Basudeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 407 / 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) Sanjay/- U T
