The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 (POCSO-40/2019) for offences under Sections 366(A)/34 IPC and 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The victim is major and in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has admitted that she has voluntarily joined the wedlock with this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner on deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/-. Let the petitioner, above named, in the

No.27633 of 2020(3) dt.12-01-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum- Special Judge, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 (POCSO-40/2019), subject to deposit of Rs. 25,000/- cash and further subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.

The deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/- shall abide by the final out come of the present criminal case.
