The petitioner is in custody in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 initially registered under Sections 341, 342, 307, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, subsequently Section 302 I.P.C was also added.

Considering the fact that the victim before her death has recorded her fardbeyan alleging sprinkling kerosene oil on her body and putting her on fire by the petitioner and other co-accused persons, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. The prayer is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to conduct

No.24813 of 2020(3) dt.04-01-2021 2/2 the trial of this case on day to day basis and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the Court below shall release the petitioner on bail and submit a report to the Registrar General of this Court.
