The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.192 of 2015 registered under sections 466, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegations that though petitioner no.2, namely, Maiju Devi @ Manju Devi is alive, a fake death claim was made by petitioner no.1, namely, Shivnath Narayan Mandal @ Shiv Narayan Mandal showing petitioner no.2 to be dead, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
