The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 2001. The petitioners and others assaulted to the mother-inlaw of the informant with slaps and fists as a result whereof she died on the spot.

Considering the nature of allegation specially the fact that the petitioners are female, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
