The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For setting aside the order contained in Memo No.91 (go) dated 26.05.2010 issued under the signature of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Bihar Military Police, Patna-14, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was compulsory retired w.e.f.

01.12.2008 after setting aside the order of commandant, the respondent no.3.

ii) For directing the respondent authority to produce the Memo No. 4235 dated 03.12.2008, issued under the signature of the respondent no.3, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was terminated from the respective service and to quash the said

(iii) For directing the respondents authorities to reinstate the petitioner in the respective service in B.M.P.-1 on the ground that the petitioner was appointed in the year 2002 and has not solemnized his 2nd marriage with anyone."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prefer a revision petition against the order dated 26.05.2010, passed by the Deputy Inspector General, Bihar Military Police, Patna. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
