The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing injury on the head of the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. It has been further submitted that in the injury report the injuries have been found to be simple in nature, which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to this application.
