JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2021 The present petition has been brought under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners, inasmuch as the learned counsel for the petitioners could not avail the opportunity granted to him vide order dated 17.02.2021, for making necessary corrections in the petition, hence it is prayed that permission be again granted to make necessary corrections in the first page of the petition as well as in the prayer portion.
It is submitted that in the Memo of Parties at page no. 1 of the petition, as far as the address of the petitioners is concerned, the District has been wrongly mentioned as "Saran" and the same should be "Vaishali". It is further submitted that in the prayer portion at page no. 6 of the present petition, the details of the concerned court has wrongly been mentioned as "the learned court of A.C.J.M.-1, Saran at Hajipur" whereas the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24022 of 2020(6) dt.22-02-2021 2/2 same should be "the learned court of A.C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur" and further, the F.I.R. number has wrongly been mentioned as "Bhagwanpur PS case no. 34 of 2019" whereas the same should be "Bhagwanpur PS case no. 340 of 2019". The learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make the necessary corrections during the course of the day. Accordingly, it is directed that the aforesaid corrections be deemed to have been made in the order dated 17.02.2021 and to that extent, the order dated 17.02.2021 stands modified.
