JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2021 Having perused the report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna dated 07.01.2021, this Court finds that six prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the likely time to be consumed for conclusion of the trial has been stated to be three months. This Court deems it fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case, to direct the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna to conclude the trial pertaining to Kotwali P.S. Case No. 621 of 2017 (G.R. No. 7433/2017), within a period of six months from today, failing which stern action may be taken against the Court in seisin of the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to renew his prayer for bail after a lapse of six months from today, in case the learned trial court fails to
