SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-04-2015 In the light of my order Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, opposite party no. 2 is present and has filed show cause annexing the copy of order dated 15.04.2015, passed in compliance of the order of the High Court dated 19.02.2010 in C.W.J.C. No. 1772 of 2010 and rejected the request of the petitioner for regularization on the post of Tax Collector. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the order dated 15.04.2015 has been passed ignoramus of the treatment allowed to certain other persons whose case is similar to that of the
Patna High Court MJC No.4016 of 2014 dt.22-04-2015 2/2 petitioner.
Let petitioner challenge the order dated 15.04.2015 raising the aforesaid ground by filing appropriate writ petition. With the observation aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
