Perused the impugned order dated 23.07.2015 passed by A.D.J.-IV, Buxar in Title Appeal No.10 of 2011. Perused the amendment application filed by the plaintiff-respondent, who is appellant in the aforesaid title appeal. The amendment application is Annexure-1. It appears that by this amendment only some corrections are sought to be made. Considering this aspect, the court below has allowed the same. Therefore, I find that the order passed by the court below is within its jurisdiction and neither it caused prejudice to the petitioner nor it occasioned failure of justice. I, therefore, find
