The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted informant of the case by Daab on his head.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is a case and counter case injury from the both sides and that the petitioner assaulted by Daab on head of the informant, but the injury report which is annexed with the petition as Annexure-3 clearly shows injury are simple in nature and does not appear to be injury caused by Daab. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period six
