The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.181 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that 13 persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners attacked the informant Lalu Yadav. At that time, the petitioner no.1 Anandi Yadav caused injury through sword at the head of Bhagwat Yadav, petitioner no.2 Tulsi Yadav caused injury to Shobha Devi, the wife of Bhagwat Yadav, through axe and the petitioner no.3 Mani Yadav caused fracture injury at the hand of the informant through iron rod.

No.11052 of 2018 (2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, due to land dispute, the occurrence of scuffle took place in between the parties in which the petitioners' side also sustained injuries regarding which on the basis of the fardbeyan of the coaccused Kokil Yadav, Jhajha P.S. Case No.182 of 2017 was also instituted against the informant of the present case and others. Moreover, the injuries, as found on the persons of the informant Lalu Yadav, Bhagwat Yadav and Shobha Devi, are simple in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.181 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S.
