2. Heard Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Birju Prasad, learned GP 13 for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18706 of 2014(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/3 State.

3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to Class-III in clerical cadre.

(ii) For directing the respondent authorities to pay to the petitioner the salary and other emoluments of Class-III post of clerks with effect from the date of such promotion.

(iii) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to Annexure 12, which is copy of order passed by a learned Single Bench dated 07.02.2022 in CWJC No. 6074 of 2021, by which a similarly situated person namely, Saroj Bala Devi had moved the Court and the matter was disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to examine the service particulars of the petitioner and his immediate junior who is stated to have been promoted to ClassIII.

5. Learned counsels agree that the matter be disposed of in similar terms.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with similar direction as has been passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.18706 of 2014(2) dt.02-12-2022 3/3 the learned Single Judge in order dated 07.02.2022 passed in CWJC No. 6074 of 2021.
