The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 66/2016 for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per the F.I.R. is that five unknown persons came on motorcycle and forcibly took Rs. 95,500/- of the informant. Further the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Two cases for similar offence are pending against him. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
