Today a show cause has been filed bringing on the order dated 8.7.2023 passed under the signature of the ViceChancellor, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur by which the claim of the petitioner stands rejected. The petitioner, if so wants, can challenge the same before an appropriate Court.

The MJC No. 1502 of 2019 stands disposed of.
