JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 16-04-2019 Since the issues involved in both the writ petitions are same, and as such, they have been heard together and are being disposed off by this common order.
In C.W.J.C. No. 8012 of 2019 the petitioner is manufacturing the Wood product under Udyog Aadhar
Patna High Court CWJC No.8012 of 2019 dt.16-04-2019 2/3 Registration certificate BR 21A0002080 dated 9.6.2015, in the name and style of M/S Manika Kast Adharit Udyog. The petitioner has filed the application in prescribed format along with relevant documents for the issuance of license for the Wood based Industries, Saw Pit up to 24" diameter on 6.02.2018 along with demand draft of Rs. 11000/-. In C.W.J.C. No. 8039 of 2019 the petitioner is manufacturing the Wood product under Udyog Aadhar Registration Certificate BR 36A 0010422 dated 12.9.2017 in the name and style of M/S Sanjay Furniture Udyog. The petitioner has filed the application in prescribed format along with relevant documents for the issuance of license for the Wood based Industries, Saw Pit up to 24" diameter on 6.02.2018 along with demand draft of Rs. 11000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that no final decision has been taken by the competent Authority on such applications filed by the petitioners of both the writ petitions till date. He further submits that Competent Authority be directed to dispose of the applications filed on behalf of the petitioners in terms of the direction given by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.3.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5291 of 2019.

Divisional Forest Officer, Supaul to consider the applications filed by the petitioners for grant of license along with Demand Draft of Rs. 11,000/- as contained in Annexure-1 to both the writ petitions, which are still pending before him, after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and looking into all the relevant documents and pass final order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Respondent No.2 i.e. Divisional Forest Officer, Supaul, will pass speaking order in the matter within aforesaid period.
