The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.2.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33722 of 2016 whereby the petitioner being the husband of the informant in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 379/34 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, was granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent of extending the date of surrender of the petitioner. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.
