Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bivuntipur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of ADJ, 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with
