The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghhogha) P.S. Case No.294 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 325, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioners that they, being variously armed with deadly weapons, assaulted the husband of the informant mercilessly as a result of which he sustained several injuries, I am

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
