The petitioner seeks bail in Chautham P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 (Sessions Case No. 02 of 2013), instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She has been falsely implicated in the case. In the written report general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 13.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
