1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to command the Respondents to furnish the certificate for those days in which petitioners were lodged in custody for the restoration of democracy by way of protecting fundamental rights of the part-III of the Constitution. And also declare him as the member of J.P., Samman Yojna and direct them to deliver all facilities and the prestige which were/are notified by the Government (respondents) in the official Gazette dated 30th July, 2009."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
