1. The petitioner prays as under:

"1. That the petitioner prays for the following reliefs through the present writ application:- I. To issuance of an appropriate writ in nature of Mandamus or other appropriate writ and declare the service of Pankaj Kumar is illegal and terminate from the service. II. To hold an enquiry that in what circumstances private respondent is serving in the government jon after making false forged and fabricated document and averment. III. To issuance of an order that enquire about the authority that in which circumstances son has been doing service on compassionate ground while the wife of deceased is live and in service.

IV. To any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be a entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. This court would not enter into official enquiry relating to the educational qualifications and appointment process adopted. There is no specific allegation as against the respondent.
