Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defect(s) if any, within three weeks. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.02.2023 passed in Cr. APP(SJ) No. 1534 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29851 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Phulwari (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 331 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, SC/ST, Patna. The order dated 22.02.2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
