The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khanpur P.S.Case No.30 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in F.I.R. But his name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.43394 of 2017 (4) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Samastipur, in Khanpur P.S.Case No.30 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
