2. After making argument for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks disposal of the present petition with liberty to raise all issues before the learned trial court on

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.476 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 the grounds under which the order dated 15.02.2024 is being challenged before this Court.

3. In the light of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.

Since it is an old matter of the year 1995, learned Sub Judge-VI, Danapur is directed to expedite Title Suit No. 115 of 1995 and take up the matter preferably on day-today basis and try to dispose of the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order without giving unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and the prayer for adjournment be dealt with strictly.
