JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order of punishment dated 25.02.2015, by taking recourse to such remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subsisting allowance has already been paid to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid
