The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the nature of injury sustained by the informant does not correspond to the allegation levelled against the petitioner. The injuries are simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In view of the above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today on furnishing bail bound of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
