The petitioner, being the father-in-law of the deceased, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pali P.S. Case No.62 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the allegation is against all the family members, the main allegation is against the husband and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that all family members, including mother-in-law, unmarried sister-in-law
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26352 of 2016 (3) dt.22-08-2016 2/2 and Dewar, have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.24794 of 2016, vide order dated 11.8.2016 and also in Cr.Misc. No.9578 of 2016, vide order dated 12.4.2016.
In view of the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner also, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Pali P.S. Case No.62 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
