The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- " That the present writ application is being filed for direction upon the respondent, particularly upon the respondent No. 2, Managing Director of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation limited (here in after to be referred as 'corporation' for
Patna High Court CWJC No.7379 of 2024(11) dt.05-02-2025 2/3 short) to pay the petitioner his admitted and passed bill amount, as per the audit, due to the tune of Rs. 73, 93, 754/95 for the work of Transportation done as Transportcum-Handling Agent (Men) as well as Door Step Delivery Agent for the revenue district of Sitamarhi, which is not being paid notwithstanding the fact that same has been passed by the audit but merely on a pendency of criminal case the aforesaid admitted dues of Rs. 73,93,754/95 has been withheld illegally and arbitrary."
3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present CWJC is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The petitioner is directed to give a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 2, i.e, the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. ventilating his grievance along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being received, the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. (Respondent No. 2) shall consider the same and pass necessary orders for payment of the amount due to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereof. That in case any clarification is needed, the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity for clarifying the same. Any adverse order are passed, the petitioner is free to approach this Court.
