JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 5/ 09-03-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at present, he has no apprehension of arrest as he has been released under the provision of Section 41(2) Cr. P.C. after executing bail bond before the police. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application filed in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No.292 of 2016 pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champran.
