The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 3254(B)/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is student and the alleged victim and the petitioner are distantly related. Considering the fact that the petitioner is student and he is distantly related to the victim, the Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner on deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/-.
