ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-09-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would suffice for the present if a direction is being given to the Certificate Officer i.e. Respondent No. 4 to conclude the proceedings pending before him by fixing a timeframe.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents- State submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Certificate Officer to conclude the proceedings pending before him in Certificate Case No. 11 of 2023-24 in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Certificate Officer i.e. Respondent No. 4 to pass appropriate final orders in the Certificate Case No. 11 of 2023-24 pending before him. The entire exercise to be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that the authority shall put the petitioner as well as the other interested parties on notice before passing the final order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
