The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 354, 447, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that on account of land dispute, the occurrence took place. There is case and counter-case. From the side of the petitioner also, many persons were injured but it appears that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Akil Ahmad with Khanti on his head and the injury found on the head of Akil Ahmad is grievous in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Pothia (Paharkatta)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44022 of 2015 (3) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
