JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2017 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier on the police bail and however, considering this fact earlier police bail was granted to the petitioner.

In my opinion, this application is not maintainable. Hence, the same is dismissed with observation that the petitioner may surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and the learned court below will also consider as to whether in this case there is chance of compromise or not.
