The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dumraon P.S. Case No. 197/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 323, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Junior Electrical Engineer, Electric Supply Section, Dumraon alleged that the petitioner assaulted electric supply workers and put hindrance in discharge of their official duty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is an employee of a Company and no offence under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. Other offences

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46826 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 are bailable.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 197/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
