The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 306 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 365, 366(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the family members of the main accused, Sanjay Rajbanshi, who has eloped with the victim girl in her sweet-will. It is further submitted that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had connection with Sanjay Rajbanshi, son of petitioner no. 1 and brother of petitioner no. 2 and she had gone with him on her own sweet-will but could not stay there and they came back and were arrested. It is, thus, evident from the statement made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16445 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 by the victim girl that the present petitioners have no role to play in connection with the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 306 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
