JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 12.09.2012, contained in Memo No. 323 dated 12.09.2012 passed in Case No. 139/2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran at Bettiah. Permission is accorded.
