JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 01-03-2016 This application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the shape of public interest litigation, has been filed for a direction, inter alia, to the respoandents to get the enquiry conducted into the defalcation of money to the tune of few crores of rupees committed by the functionaries of Ram Kishore Singh College, Dalmianagar, Rohtas. The petitioner has also sought for

causing an enquiry into illegal appointments of teaching and nonteaching staff in the College beyond sanctioned posts.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 6 stating therein that the University has taken steps and is looking into the affairs of the College after having received the notice of the writ application.

3. Since the University is already in seisin of the matter, we close the proceeding with a direction to the University to do the needful, in accordance with law, with utmost expedition.

4. The petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court at any subsequent stage, if the situation so warrants.

5. This disposes of this application.
