Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is driver of the truck from which foreign liquor was recovered.

Submission is that petitioner is not the regular driver of the said truck, rather, on the order of the owner, he was to carry garlic to the State of Bihar and within that liquor was hidden.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, who has got no criminal antecedent be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
