This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Azamnagar Police Station Case No. 05 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 90.530 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the car of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Excise (Special) Judge Court No.2, Katihar, in connection with Azamnagar Police Station Case No. 05 of 2023.
