2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 309 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner committed murder of his wife and thereafter, he tried to commit suicide due to quarrel between him and his wife.

4. It is submitted that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. As a matter of fact, on the alleged time of occurrence, both of them i.e. the petitioner and his wife were sleeping and he has been made accused only on suspicion.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application and submits that there is specific and direct allegation against the petitioner that he committed murder of his
