2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56405/2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(B), 8(C ), 25, 29, 30 of the NDPS Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, about 190 Kilograms of Doda has been recovered from a vehicle.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2024. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

6. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024.
