2. The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.92C/2019 dated 08.07.2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 31 (a) (s) of the SC/ST Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the appellant surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
