The petitioner has moved before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1428 of 2014, which was disposed of vide order dated 21.11.2014 with a liberty to file representation before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, in the event of feeling aggrieved. Whereupon, the petitioner has filed a representation before the authority concerned, which has been disposed of vide order dated 22.03.2016, attaching the copy of the calculation chart.
In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is drooped.
