In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Thakurganj (Galgalia) P.S. Case No.176 of 2012, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 150, 152, 116, 447, 342, 357, 353, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22101 of 2017 (5) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 that they have formed unlawful assembly and looted the standing crops of the agriculturists.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
