The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on 06.07.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 30817 of 2017. It has been submitted that the informant of this case is full brother of this petitioner. Both the parties have compromised the case and all the disputes relating to land have been resolved between them. A compromise petition has been filed before the court below and a copy of compromise petition has been annexed as Annexure 3 to this application. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6876 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 already been rejected considering his antecedent and injury sustained by the informant. There is nothing fresh material. In view of above facts, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within four weeks and prays for regular bail, his prayer shall be considered on same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. This application is accordingly disposed of.
