The issue raised by the petitioner is not stand alone, similar disputes have been raised in a series of other writ applications, which have been clubbed and heard together by a Learned Single Judge, who has dismissed the writ applications, refusing to give any direction for appointment on the post of Clerks in Bihar Vidhan Sabha Secretariat as per Advertisement No. 2, dated 03.05.2001, which is the case of Arun Dwivedi and others Versus State of Bihar & Others and analogous case, decided on 27.10.2010.

In view of the analytical set of facts raised in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12445 of 2008 dt.16-09-2015 2/2 the said writ applications and the adjudication therein, even this writ application is dismissed. The rational and reasoning of the said decision are applicable in this case also, especially when the said decision has been upheld by Division Bench as well Hon'ble Apex Court. Writ application stands dismissed.
