ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 79/2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 307, 353, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made and the injury purported to have been inflicted have been found to be simple in nature and that there is a history of litigation between the parties, let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35851 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 79/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
