2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti P.S Case No. 383 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 110, 75, 76, 77, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other accused person has assaulted the informant and her husband at the market. Moreover, they have snatched gold jewellery and cash from informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that petitioner and

Further no independent witnesses has supported the prosecution story. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 09.01.2025 having seven antecedent of similar nature.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 05.03.2025, it appears that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus and both of them are cousins and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Sherghati, Gaya or successor Court in connection with Barachatti P.S Case No. 383 of 2024 (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) sunnykr/- U
